I have been able to get to know Wally for the past year through our work at Chick-fil-A
Clackamas Promenade. First, we knew each other as team members. Wally had already been part
of this team for over a year and he was immediately welcoming and eager to help me learn the
pace of this new environment. It didn’t take me long to realize he was loved and valued here, and
it was an absolute pleasure to work alongside him.
As I advanced in leadership at Chick-fil-A, I’ve been able to know Wally as his Team Leader. We
work closely together in a fast-paced, high-pressure and high-volume environment and it is one
in which Wally stands out. He works well under pressure in that he rises to my high
expectations of him and he encourages other team members along. I know I am able to rely on
him to do his work with care and efficiency.
